Adult High School Diploma
Adult High School provides a way for students to return to high school and earn the credits needed to obtain a high school diploma. To earn a diploma students are required to complete 18 to 24 credits. This is a self-paced program that includes all skill levels and has a flexible attendance policy. Lakewood Community School is fully accredited.
There is a $45 per term tuition fee. There are two terms in a calendar year.
Term 1: January 6, 2026 - May 29, 2026
Term 2: June 1, 2026 - December 18, 2026
Students may enter any time during the Term.
To earn a standard diploma, students must meet the following academic requirements:
1. 2.0 GPA
2. Pass State of Florida required testing
3. Meet content and elective requirements
